At age 24 I was not expecting to have an emergency hysterectomy after giving birth, nor was I expecting to be thrown into the abyss of hormonal fluctuations, mood changes, depression and confusion, I mean come on puberty was hard enough, right! 

So I developed a range that supported my liver, calmed my hormones, soothed my skin and brought me back to the resilient, fearless woman I was born to be.
